Being calm always bears more fruits and gives you the most unexpected outcomes.

A stable mind can give you better decision-making ability.

Even during tense situations, you can find a better solution.

Being calm can save lots of relations from being damaged.

It not only applies to personal relationships of Husband -wife, Father-son or with in-laws, but also the employer — employee relationship, with clients, associates etc. because peaceful relationships bring peaceful life.

Being calm can also help you build your wealth. There’s a phrase in Hindi which says “Laxmi to chanchal hoti hai” means money keeps flickering. Only a calm mind can handle this money.

Stable mind knows how to make use of money, how to use it for business, for investment or even for child’s education or buying properties.

Above all,

The biggest benefit that being calm can offer is the development of your health.

It was found that an average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those thousands of thoughts, 80% were negative, and 95% were exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before. This thought creates feelings like Fear, Happiness, Anger, tension. It creates anxiety or insomnia. Eventually it leads to imbalance in our body.

Sometimes we might have noticed that when someone is tensed they start breathing heavily or some start stammering. It may increase or decrease the blood pressure also increasing heartbeats which immediately or gradually takes a toll on health.

Our thoughts create our world.

If you are calm, you can judge the situation and also evaluate better options.

So the Mantra for peaceful, happy, wealthy and healthy life is “Be Calm
